What age range are your courses geared toward?
All of our courses are geared toward students age 5-95.
How can I purchase a course?
Visit our shop to browse and purchase all of our products.
How long will I have access to the course?
All of our courses include lifetime access and email support.
What is your refund policy?
You have 14 days to receive a refund on all courses over $100 in value. Smaller courses are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your order, please contact Beyond the Stick Figure Art School immediately to have it rectified.
How do I access my course?
All courses are housed on the Beyond the Stick Figure Art School website. To access your course(s), please click on “my account” in the top left-hand corner of our homepage. This will take you to the log in area. Once you have successfully logged in, a list of your courses will appear.
What is my login information?
You set up your login during checkout. Please record this information and keep it somewhere safe. You will need this to login for future use.
I tried logging in and it says I am locked out. What do I do now?
In order to protect our website and school from the multiple hackers that try to login each day, we have a firewall installed. If a user repeatedly enters incorrect login information (username or password) the firewall may flag you as spam and temporarily lock you out. This does not happen often but can happen. If this does happen to you, please contact us as soon as possible. We check out email multiple times per day and will have you restored quickly.
What do I do if I am having trouble logging in?
Please use the password recovery link. If the password is not the issue, please contact Beyond the Stick Figure via email. Please note, we are unable to edit, reset, or change usernames.
Why do you recommend expensive materials? Can’t I just use what I have?
We want you to have the best experience possible. Quality art materials produce better results and are easier to use. The cost of materials have been kept at a minimum with families in mind. That said, quality art materials do last longer than inexpensive ones. So, in the long run, they are economical. We also believe that everyone is born an art genius and deserve the proper tools to hone their skills. Look at the materials as an investment.
I love your course but don’t want to spend that much right now, can I share it with my friend?
While these courses are virtual, each purchase is only intended for one family in the same household. We have payment options that make the course incredibly affordable. Sharing with family and friends is strictly prohibited.
I want to use this course for my co-op class, is that allowed?
We love co-ops and schools. However the products listed on this website are only for personal use. If you would like to use any of our products for your co-op, school, or camp, please contact us to purchase a bulk license.
